This is one of the lesser known herbs used for natural inflammation remedies but it is very, very effective. It’s active ingredient, curcumin, is available as a supplement. Advice leads us to ingest it in an altogether different manner than normal….

The Turmeric capsules should be broken open and mixed into a mini-stew with a little olive oil. On average I would say about a tablespoon of olive oil would suffice!

Bromelain is a mixture of digestive and proteolytic enzymes from pineapple cores. I know what you’re thinking….that’s a bit of a mouthful isn’t it! Bromelain is actually one of the natural inflammation remedies that relieves inflamed tissues. Tiger Balm

This is one of natural inflammation remedies that fails to get much of a shout out these days! I don’t really know why so many people have forgotten about this little pot of wonders? In the 90’s it was all the rage and it was popping up to solve many different and diverse issues.

This topical anti-inflammatory reduces inflammation and painful feelings caused by arthritis, muscle strains, back pain, and headaches. It really is wonderful for the natural fight against pain!
